My Roofing ("we", "us", "our") is a roofing contractor based at 109 Westmeadow Dr, Suite A, Cleburne, TX 76033, serving homeowners across Johnson County and southwest Fort Worth. This site is operated by My Roofing, a sole proprietorship owned by Kevin Jones, 109 Westmeadow Dr, Suite A, Cleburne, TX 76033. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. That is:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your property address and ZIP code, when you request an estimate.
• Your answers about the property, your timing, how you plan to pay and your current roof.
• Any free text message you send us through the contact form.
• Whether you ticked either text message consent box, recorded separately from everything else.
• Basic technical and advertising information collected automatically, described under Cookies and Tracking below.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identification numbers or health information. Please do not send them to us.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm and carry out your free estimate.
• To follow up about the roofing work you asked us about.
• To answer a question you sent us.
• To send you text messages, but only if you ticked a consent box.
• To measure whether our advertising is working, in aggregate.
• Where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to other contractors or to lead buying networks. We share it only with people working on your project on our behalf, such as the people who do the work and the scheduling software we use to run appointments, and only so they can do that job.

If your ZIP code falls outside the area we cover, the estimate form stops there and nothing is submitted. We do not keep or sell the answers of anyone the form turns away.

SMS and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and tick a text message consent box, My Roofing may text you at that number. Messages cover estimate request confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow ups about the enquiry you submitted, and, if you ticked the marketing box, occasional seasonal offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase and is never required to use this site. Both consent boxes start unchecked, both are optional, and the forms behave exactly the same if you leave them alone.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is used only to contact you about your own request.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly functional and keep the estimate form working as you move through it. Others are advertising and measurement technologies.

This site may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar advertising and measurement technologies to understand how our advertising performs and how visitors move through this site. Where one is active it records events such as page views and a completed estimate request. No pixel is configured on this site at the effective date above, and while none is configured no advertising or measurement code of any kind is loaded.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of this site work. Advertising and analytics data is kept separate from your text message consent: cookie and pixel data is never used to decide whether you receive a text message, and your consent is recorded on its own.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect what you submit. This site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), submissions are transmitted to our customer system over an authenticated connection, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it to schedule and carry out your work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been exposed, contact us using the details below and we will act on it.

Data Retention

We keep what you submit for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record keeping and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for either, we delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we will action it.
• Withdraw text message consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Consent can also be withdrawn by emailing or calling us.
• Ask us to stop contacting you altogether, in which case we will close out your enquiry.

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
