Who We Are
My Roofing ("we", "us", "our") is a roofing contractor based at 109 Westmeadow Dr, Suite A, Cleburne, TX 76033, operating in the State of Texas. This site is operated by My Roofing, a sole proprietorship owned by Kevin Jones, 109 Westmeadow Dr, Suite A, Cleburne, TX 76033. We serve homeowners across Johnson County and southwest Fort Worth. These terms govern your use of this website and the forms on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Use of This Site
- The information you submit must be accurate, and you must be authorised to request work at the property address you give us.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a form on this site.
- Do not use this site to submit anyone else's details without their permission, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to interfere with how the site runs.
- The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Booking an estimate through this site schedules a visit. It is not a contract for work, and it does not obligate you to hire us. Any work we go on to do for you is governed by the written agreement you sign at that point, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Estimates
The estimate is free and there is no obligation attached to it. We inspect your roof, photograph and measure it, and tell you what it needs. You are free to take that assessment and do nothing with it.
No price is advertised on this site. Nothing on this website is a quote. What any job costs depends on the size, pitch and complexity of your roof, how many layers have to come off, and the condition of what is underneath. Only the written estimate we give you after the inspection, and any agreement you then sign, state what the work is and what it costs.
Warranties. This website makes no warranty commitment of any kind. Any warranty on work we perform for you is the one written into the agreement you sign at that point, and that agreement controls.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program name. My Roofing SMS notifications.
Program description. By opting in you agree to receive text messages from My Roofing at the mobile number you provide. Messages cover estimate request confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow ups about the enquiry you submitted. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the separate marketing consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Age restriction. The SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older; by opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
How to opt in. Tick a text message consent box on our estimate form or on our contact page and submit your mobile number. Both consent boxes start unchecked and both are optional.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
How to get help. Reply HELP for help, email info@myroofingonline.com, or call (817) 659-5160.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include the major US wireless carriers.
Mobile information collected through this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided as is and as available. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that any description or timeframe shown on the site will match your property. Anything on this site is general information, not professional advice about your specific roof. Only the written estimate and the signed agreement describe what we will actually do and what it will actually cost.
Except for any warranty stated in a signed agreement with us, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas consumer protection law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars. This limitation applies to the website only. It does not limit our liability under a signed agreement for work performed, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your submission of another person's details without their permission.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after that date means the updated terms apply. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
